Tissue and cellular expression pattern of KLRL1. RT-PCR was performed with human and mouse KLRL1-specific primers on the following tissue and cells: (A) human adult multiple tissue cDNA (MTC) panels, (B) adult mouse normal tissues, (C) human hematopoietic cells and cell lines and solid tumor cell lines, and (D) mouse hematopoietic cells and cell lines and solid tumor cell lines. All the samples were similarly positive for β-actin.
