In vitro drug resistance in 275 children with precursor B-ALL positive or negative for ETV6/RUNX1 (TEL/AML1) gene fusion. ETV6/RUNX1⁺ patients were significantly more sensitive to (A) doxorubicin (P = .003), (B) dexamethasone (P = .043), and (C) etoposide (P = .001), but were more resistant to (D) cytarabine (P = .016).
