V/D/J sequence designated as clonotypic characterizes phenotypically defined subsets of WM B cells analyzed by single-cell RT-PCR. Clonotypic transcripts were determined by heminested PCR using FR1c/Cμ primers followed by CDR2/CDR3 primers. PCR of β2-microglobulin or FR2/J_Hc was used as internal control.
