This patient received subcutaneous alemtuzumab at doses up to 10 mg until day 37 (cumulative dose, 89 mg) and subsequently received 30 mg 3 times a week intravenously until day 80, followed by 30 mg 3 times a week subcutaneously until day 102. Samples were taken once a week to measure antiglobulin responses. One U/mL is equivalent to 1 ng/mL of a standard monoclonal anti-idiotype.
