SDF can efflux Rh-123. The vast majority of the SDFs (PKH26⁺) can efflux Rh-123, whereas the FDFs (PKH26^–) were stained as Rh-123^high (A). With the inclusion of the P-glycoprotein inhibitor cyclosporin (CsA) efflux of Rh-123 in the SDF was effectively blocked (B; representative for 3 experiments).
