TRAIL effect on neutrophils from SLE patients. Neutrophils from SLE patients were incubated at various concentrations of TRAIL for 6 hours. TRAIL induced significantly more apoptosis of neutrophils from SLE patients with neutropenia than neutrophils from SLE patients without neutropenia (*P < .01, Bonferroni/Dunn with one-way factorial ANOVA).
