MBCD decrypts TF activity prior to lipid raft disruption. HEK293 cells were incubated in cell buffer containing 10 mM MBCD for indicated periods of time up to 1 hour. Factor VIIa/TF activity was then analyzed in aliquots of the treated cell suspensions and is expressed as a ratio to that in cells treated with buffer alone.
