Octyl glucoside and MBCD decrypt the same pool of TF. Wild-type HEK293 cells were treated with 10 mM MBCD for 1 hour followed by indicated concentrations of octyl glucoside for 15 additional minutes. Activity of fVIIa/TF was then measured in aliquots of treated cell suspensions and expressed as a ratio to activity in cells treated with cell buffer alone for 1 hour.
