Platelets adherent to dA1VWF were prepared as in Figure 4 in the presence of inhibitors to block signaling through ADP and thromboxane A2 receptors as well as with either 1 μM BAPTA-AM, 400 μM c-BIMPS, 1 μM SU-6656, 5 μM PP2 or PP3, 12 μM bisindolylmaleimide I or V, 100 nM wortmannin, or vehicle control.
