FOXO3a target cyclin D2 is up-regulated in cells stably transformed by NPM-ALK. Western blot analysis of cyclin D2 expression levels in Ba/F3 cells stably transformed with NPM-ALK. Whole-cell lysates of MSCV- and MSCV-NPMALK-transduced Ba/F3 cells were harvested after a 17-hour IL-3 starvation, fractionated by SDS-PAGE, and immunoblotted with cyclin D2-specific antibody.
