Northern analysis was performed on total RNA (20 μg) extracted from control or IκBmt/TRAF6 double-transduced endothelial cells, which were left unstimulated (unstim), or exposed to TNF (10 ng/mL) or LPS (100 ng/mL) for 3 hours. Membranes were hybridized to probes for the NF-κB-inducible antiapoptotic genes, A1 and A20, or to a GAPDH probe used as a loading and transfer control.
