Eighteen replicates (6 replicates in 3 separate LAM-PCR reactions) were performed as described, and the number of unique clones was determined for each set of 18 replicates. For each animal, samples were obtained for at least 6 monthly time points prior to cytokine therapy, at 2 time points during cytokine therapy, and at least 2 monthly time points after cytokine therapy.
