Aurora-B/AIM-1 is localized to the midzone in MG132-treated megakaryocytes at anaphase. Mouse primary megakaryocytes were treated with 20 μM proteasome inhibitor MG132 for 6 hours. Cells at anaphase were stained with DAPI (blue; i) or anti–Aurora-B/AIM-1 antibody (red; ii) and were subjected to double staining (iii) or triple staining (iv) with FITC-conjugated anti-CD41 (green).
