Impaired differentiation of human CD34⁺progenitors expressing mut10 C/EBPα documented by flow cytometric profiles. Control-infected and mut10-transduced CD34⁺ CB cells were incubated with antibody against the indicated antigens and analyzed by flow cytometry.
