After gel electrophoresis, coimmunoprecipitation of the other core complex components FANCA and FANCF was examined. HSC536 (FA-C) was included as a negative control. Results show that both FA-I and FA-J cells are able to form the FA protein core complex. EUFA816 (FA-I) and EUFA543 (FA-J) (results not shown) were in agreement with the FA-I and -J cell lines shown.
