Vδ1 and Vδ2 T-cell migration in response to CXC and CC chemokines. Vδ2 (A) and Vδ1 (B) γδ T-cell lines were assayed for transmigration across HUVEC monolayers at different time points, in the absence (Nil, ▵) or presence of the chemokines SDF-1/CXCL12 (), IP-10/CXCL10 (•), I-309/CCL1 (▴), all at 50 ng/mL.
