Coimmunoprecipitation of P-selectin with anti-VWF antibody from stimulated HUVECs. Histamine-stimulated and unstimulated HUVECs were lysed with a digitonin lysis buffer. ULVWF multimers were precipitated from the cell lysates by the monoclonal anti-VWF antibody 6G1, and coimmunoprecipitation of P-selectin with ULVWF was determined by Western blot using a polyclonal anti–P-selectin antibody.
