Administration of 7E9 in vivo does not affect plasma fibrinogen levels and inhibits platelet aggregation ex vivo 3 hours after injection. (A) Proteins in citrated mouse plasma obtained from the animal before and 3 hours after the injection of 7E9 IgG were separated on sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane; fibrinogen was then immunoblotted using an HRP-conjugated polyclonal rabbit antibody to human fibrinogen.
