TAIL7 cells express the oncogenes TAL1, LMO2, and LYL1. Expression levels of the T-cell oncogenes TAL1, TAL2, LYL1, LMO1, LMO2, HOX11, HOX11L2, and BHLHB1 were determined by using quantitative RT-PCR analysis of TAIL7 cells and 5 immortalized T-cell leukemia lines.
