There was a significant difference among the FAB types and normal hematopoietic cells (P < .0001 by the Kruskal-Wallis test). The Bonferroni test revealed that distributions were significantly higher in the M1, M2, and M4 FAB types than in normal hematopoietic cells but not other FAB types.
