Figure 3. Biodistribution of 125I mAb in BCL1 inoculated mice. Age- and sex-matched groups of mice (18 for each mAb group) were inoculated with 105 BCL1 cells intravenously and then treated with 125I mAb (500 μg) 10 days later. At the time intervals indicated, animals were killed and blood samples and various organs were removed for weighing and estimation of radioactive content. Results are expressed as the percentage of the injected dose of 125I mAb per gram of tissue recovered (% ID/g; see “Materials and methods”).
