Quantitative analysis of mouse eosinophil-associated ribonucleases expressed in mouse bone marrow by way of restriction enzyme analysis of RT-PCR amplicons. Despite increased transcription of mRNAs encoding the mEars in the wild-type mice, no significant differences in distribution were observed (chi square test, P > .05).
