The qRT-PCR analysis of hepatocyte-specific genes transferrin (Tf), hepcidin, and TfR2 and Kupffer cell–specific gene Nramp1. The expression level of each gene is given as the amount relative to the expression of the housekeeping gene GAPDH in each sample.
