KS cell chemotaxis triggered by CCL16. Chemotaxis of KS cells (1.5 × 105/50 μL) was evaluated as detailed in Figure 1. In some experiments, KS cells were preincubated respectively for 15 minutes and 2 hours with BX417 or with Ab anti-CCR8 or nonimmune IgG. Mean ± SD of 3 experiments.
