HUVECs motility triggered by CCL16. Chemotaxis of HUVECs (2 × 105/50 μL) was studied by adding the indicated preparations of CCL16 in the bottom compartment of a Boyden chamber. After 6 hours, migrated cells in 10 microscopic fields at an original magnification of × 400 were counted. Mean ± SD of at least 4 experiments.
