Comparison of normalized corrected luciferase reporter gene activity (NPT corrected, □) and luciferase mRNA expression (neo-R expression corrected, ▤) relative output for plasmids representing different prothrombin haplotypes. Cells are stably transfected and polyclonal; 6 experiments were performed in duplicate. Error bars represent the standard error of mean.
