Active caspase-3 expression and DNA content of p21^+/+ and p21^–/– c-kit⁺, Lin^– cells transduced with Survivin constructs. Bone marrow cells from p21^+/+ and p21^–/– mice were transduced with Survivin constructs, and GFP⁺, c-kit⁺, Lin^– cells were isolated by FACS, fixed, permeabilized, and stained with PE-conjugated antiactive caspase-3 and 7-AAD for DNA.
