Cell surface eluates (45 μg/lane) or whole cell lysates (30 μg/lane) of resident (Res) and thioglycolate-elicited (TG) macrophages were analyzed by Western blot for annexin II and GAPDH (monoclonal anti-GAPDH; Biodesign International).
