Specific reactivity of CD4⁺ T cells stimulated 3 times with autologous DCs loaded with the HB-1 protein. IFN-γ production of the established T-cell lines was tested on stimulation with autologous EBVLCLs either untreated or pulsed with 25 μg/mL HB-1 protein or Candida albicans protein extract.
