Kaplan-Meier plots for OS (A,C,E) and EFS (B,D,F) in patients with AML1-ETO (A-B), CBFB-MYH11 (C-D), and PML-RARA (E-F) fusion transcripts show that 2 prognostically different groups can be defined by a threshold of more (worse group) or less (better group) than the 75th percentile of the mean initial transcription ratio.
