ECs plated on gelatin-coated coverslips were maintained in 20% FCS (A) or starved for 1 hour in 0.5% FCS and stimulated with vehicle (B) or Ang-1 (20 ng/mL) for 2 (C), 5 (D), 90 (E), and 120 (F) minutes.
