Figure 7. Effect of 5F11 treatment on disseminated L540CY tumors in SCID mice. To evaluate the effects of the mAb 5F11 treatment on the survival of SCID mice challenged with human HL cells L540Cy, 1 × 107 exponentially growing L540Cy cells were injected via the tail vein into the 3- to 4-week-old SCID mice. One day after injection of L540Cy cells, mice received 100 μg 5F11 intraperitoneally diluted in 200 μL PBS every 4 days for a total of 4 injections. Control groups included PBS only, 5F11 + 10-fold excess GAH-IgG mAbs, and GAH-IgG mAbs alone using the same treatment schedule. Survival was plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method.
