Figure 4. Mouse CX3CL1 protein is present in both IL-2- and IL-15-dependent bone marrow-derived NK1.1+ cells. Freshly isolated bone marrow cells from C57Bl/6 mice were cultured for 3 days in IL-15, washed, and then cultured for 11 days in either IL-2 (100 U/mL) or IL-15 (100 ng/mL). Protein extracts were made and analyzed by Western blot with antibodies listed at the lower left of each panel. Protein extracts from brain and skeletal muscle were from a commercial vendor.
