PBDCs were purified by negative depletion from the peripheral blood of patients treated with FL for 14 consecutive days and then FACS sorted to high purity (greater than 95%) on the basis of CD1c and HLA-DR expression. Autologous MoDCs were generated from blood taken prior to FL administration and cultured for 7 days prior to the parallel isolation of PBDCs.
