The homing and accumulation of IL-2–activated NK and NK T cells to the BM and spleen is significantly reduced. The number of untreated or IL-2 (1000 IU/mL)–treated NK and NK T cells in the BM and spleen of NOD/SCID mice 4 and 24 hours after transplantation is shown, along with the number of untreated or IL-2 (1000 IU/mL)–treated CD56⁺ cells in the blood of these mice.
