Effect of signaling inhibitors on PlGF-induced cytokine and chemokine gene expression. THP-1 cells (A) and PBMs (B) were preincubated with pharmacologic inhibitors for 30 minutes, followed by treatment with PlGF (250 ng/mL) for 2 hours. RNA was isolated, and 10 μg was used for RPA analysis. The data are representative of 3 sets of experiments.
