Human T cells in various organs of NOD/SCID/γ_c^null mice that underwent transplantation with CB Lin^- CD34⁺cells. Human CD3⁺cells in thymus, spleen, bone marrow, and liver were analyzed using flow cytometry at 6 and 9 weeks after the transplantation of 5 × 10⁴ CB Lin- CD34⁺cells.
