Jak-Stat inhibitor AG490 abrogates expression of procaspase 3 and activation of caspase 3. OCIM2 cells were incubated with GM-CSF at concentrations of 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3 μg/mL with and without addition of AG490 at a concentration of 50 μM.
