Hepc/Actin ratios in HepG2 cells after incubation with increasing concentrations of Fe-NTA for 72 hours. The results (mean values ± 95% confidence intervals) of 7 independent experiments are shown. The decrease in the Hepc/Actin ratio was statistically significant (P < .01) at a minimum concentration of 10 μM Fe-NTA.
