2ME2 alters tubulin organization in a BCR-ABL—transformed cell line. NIH3T3.p210 cells were treated with DMSO (A,E), 5 μM 2ME2 (B,F), 1 μM paclitaxel (C,G), or 1 μg/mL nocodazole (D,H) for 24 hours, washed, and fixed as described.
