The effect of CCL19 on the endocytosis of FITC-albumin by mature DCs. BC1 cells (A) and SDDCs (B) were treated with LPS for 24 hours for use as mature DCs. Mature DCs were incubated with FITC-dextran (1 mg/mL) or FITC-albumin (2 mg/mL) in the presence or absence of CCL19 for the indicated times.
