TC-A—induced apoptosis in the B-CLL cell line EHEB involves mitochondrial signaling. EHEB cells were left untreated or treated with increasing concentrations of TC-A. After 24 hours, a dose-dependent decrease in viability (A), an increase in annexin V—FITC binding (B), and the loss of ΔΨ_m (C) were detected by flow cytometry. The mean percentages ± SEM of at least 4 independent experiments are presented.
