MoDCs matured by treatment with polyI:C, with or without PGE2, were used to stimulate allogeneic CD4⁺CD45RA⁺ T cells. After 7 to 10 days, IFN-γ and IL-4 production of the polyclonal T-cell lines was analyzed by flow cytometry after intracellular staining.
