Cell monolayers in 48-well culture plates (1.5 × 105cells/well) were incubated in serum-free RPMI 1640 with Pg 1 (0.1 μΜ), Pg 2 (0.1 μM), or serum-free medium alone, in a volume of 0.3 mL at 37°C for 24 hours as described in “Materials and methods.” (A) Zymographic analysis of conditioned medium (30 μL) from 1-LN cells incubated with Pg 1, Pg 2, and serum-free medium alone (lanes 1, 2 and 3, respectively).
