Plots show the cumulative results of detachment of ULVWF-coated beads (10 and 100 μg/mL ULVWF concentration; panels A and B, respectively) from CHO αβIX cells. Although the slopes are similar, more VWF/GP Ib-IX bonds are formed when the 100 μg/mL VWF concentration is used (panel B). Data in each panel represent the mean values of 40 and 60 bead-cell detachments, respectively.
