Transgene expression in vitro in primary mouse hepatocytes for the HD vector AdFTC/hFIX and the first-generation adenovirus fgAdhFIX.

Primary mouse hepatocytes (6 × 10⁵ viable hepatocytes) were plated on collagen I–coated 6-well dishes. The media was changed daily for hFIX determinations by ELISA.
