Effect of EMPs on TF gene transcription in THP-1 cells.

THP-1 cells were incubated with EMPs or EMP free-supernatant (S) for 30 minutes to 3 hours, and TF mRNA expression in THP-1 cells was assessed using RT-PCR. THP-1 cells stimulated with LPS for 2 hours were used as positive controls.
