Characteristics of EMP binding to THP-1 cells.

Temperature dependency of EMP binding to THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were incubated with EMP at 4°C or 37°C for various times and were analyzed for the presence of endothelial antigens (VCAM-1, E-selectin, endoglin) by flow cytometry.
