Distribution of endothelial antigens on EMPs derived from TNF-α–stimulated HUVECs.

EMPs were labeled with mAbs using indirect immunofluorescence or with annexin V–FITC. They were analyzed by flow cytometry as described in “Materials and methods.” For each marker, results are expressed as the percentage of stained EMPs within the total annexin V–positive EMP.
