Ixolaris binds to FX and FXa, but not to FVIIa.

Ixolaris (20 nM) was preincubated with FX (20 nM), FXa (20 nM), or FVIIa (20 nM). PAGE of the sample under nondenaturing conditions was followed by transfer of proteins to PVDF membrane. FX, FXa, and FVIIa detection was performed using polyclonal anti-FX or monoclonal antibody anti-FVIIa, as described in “Materials and methods.” (A) Lane 1, FX; lane 2, FX plus Ixolaris.
